Amazing Grass Green Superfood

I try to be healthy... although like everyone else I fall off the wagon... often. I feel best when I start my mornings off with a green smoothie (and yoga if I have time). I used to just put fruit, spinach, and flax oil mixed with water in my smoothies, but I started adding a scoop of Amazing Grass Green Superfood and I think it makes a huge difference! I'm not into the excess protein/Complete Nutrition craze at all. I like this product because it provides a big dose of greens and healthy foods that are hard to consume on a daily basis.

I've used the Energy LemonLime flavor, but the Original seems to be about the healthiest so I ordered it this go around.
