All credit for today's post goes to my fun and always festive co-worker. She brought in these Easter cupcakes yesterday.
Apparently there are all sorts of fun spring cake mixes in the stores now including key lime and blue raspberry. Pink lemonade would be cute for Easter too! I think she simply bought cake mixes, frosting, coconut (added green food coloring), and peanut M&M's.
