2 ingredient pumpkin muffins

You've maybe seen this super easy recipe on pinterest and wondered if it could possibly be any good. Well, I'm hear to tell you that these muffins are pretty darn delicious! They turn out really moist and have a slight pumpkin taste to them.

All you need is a box of yellow cake mix (I'm going to try it with spice cake mix next) and a can of pumpkin! That's it. Really. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.



Mix the pumpkin and cake mix together

I finally get to use my Halloween muffin cups!

Spoon the batter into the muffin cups

Bake for 20-25 minutes. I left these in for 22. Add cream cheese frosting or sprinkle on powdered sugar to jazz them up (optional).


That's my kind of baking!

    Yes, try with spice cake next. I've made many times and turns out great!
